Earl Bentancourt - Chief Operations Officer
Founder and president of Downtown Litigation Solutions, LLC since 1999. Prior to that Mr. Bentancourt was a General Manager for the Los Angeles office of Merrill Corporation and was also a partner in Fourtress Reprographics. Mr. Bentancourt has been in the industry for 20 years and has owned companies in the business for approximately half that time. He has spent his entire career selling to clients in the Downtown Los Angeles market and brings personal sales of over $1.5 million annually to the Company, as well as a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the business.
Mr. Bentancourt received his BS in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
Charles Adams - Chief Technology Officer & CCFE
As Chief Technology Officer, Charles Adams is responsible for all on-going product development of Myriad’s service platforms and all technology for both corporate and client operations. Charles is also a Certified Computer Forensic Examiner (CCFE) and has been called upon to provide investigations and testimony on many high profile matters. He is a member of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) and he brings over 17 years of experience to the legal community. Prior to joining Myriad, Charles was the founder and President of Digital Litigation Services (fka Adams & Associates) from 1994 – 2006 which was a company that specialized in such services as scanning, database design, electronic data discovery and has provided expert witness testimony and consulting in several large dollar verdict trials. In addition to his technical experience, he has been employed as a litigation paralegal for two large Los Angeles based law firms.
Mr. Adams received his BS in computer science from California State University – Los Angeles.

Stephen Lubega, Esq. - Company Counsel & VP Development
Stephen Lubega has over twenty years experience in business law and civil litigation, including complex business torts, securities litigation, anti-racketeering law, employment litigation and healthcare. He is qualified in all aspects of pre-trial and trial practice and previously taught civil pre-trial practice as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law at Southwestern University School of Law. He is also experienced in appellate practice and was counsel in the following published cases: Holmes v. Securities Investor Protection Corporation, 503 U.S. 258 (1992); Rollins Burdick Hunter of Southern California, Inc. v. Alexander & Alexander Services, Inc. (1988) 206 Cal. App. 3d 1; Yeboah v. Progeny Ventures, Inc. (2005) 128 Cal. App. 4th 443.
He is a member of the California and United States Supreme Court Bars, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and several federal district courts. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Mr. Lubega obtained his J.D., cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and on the Dean's List. He has a Master of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fresno State University.
